Using a spatula you can scoop out the paste , spread it thinly and use strips to remove it like wax, or mold a sugar ball between your fingers, if you are using the hand sugaring method.

With a 250g pot one would be able to easily sugar either lower legs or arms, underarms and bikini line. Alternatively, use this pot for your face and get multiple uses out if it.

Beginners should allow for inexperience which means you might initially expect to do less than this amount with this quantity. After just some practice you would expect to be able to do much more with this amount.
